Frank Yuelling
Originally from Edison, New Jersey, in 1974 my wife Bev and
I moved to Floral City, Florida, where we still reside. I
served in the Air Force for 4 years during the Vietnam war.
After moving to Citrus County I worked as a forest ranger
for the Division of Forestry for several years fighting
forest fires throughout the area. I graduated from
Pasco-Hernando Community College in 1981. I have been a
Real Estate Broker since 1988. I enjoy assisting people in
their search for the home or property that is right for
them. In my spare time I enjoy fishing and singing karaoke.

Beverly Yuelling
I am originally from Woodbridge, New Jersey, where I worked
at Merck & Co. in Rahway. I moved to Floral City, Florida,
in 1974 and still reside there. Over the years I worked in
sales for various builders in Citrus County. I have been
selling real estate in Citrus County since 1987. Although I
work all phases of real estate, I specialize in vacant land
sales. My husband Frank is the broker/owner of Inverness
Horizon Realty. I enjoy aerobics, singing karaoke, and
